When it comes to podcasts, one of my favorite topics is personal development (right behind Crime Junkie).
I read self help books and watch videos, but sometimes I would rather just throw on a podcast while I go for a walk or do the dishes.
I also love listening to personal development podcasts when I’m in a funk because they’re so motivational. If you want to glow up mentally, this is your first step.
That being said, there are some podcasts that are better than others. It also depends on what kind of self help podcasts you’re interested in. Some things my favorite podcasts hit on are happiness, productivity, routines, aging, and mental health.

This podcast brings me so much joy. It’s such an easy listen, and I always walk away feeling better after listening.
